Financial Aid
The Ohio State University has a generous program of financial aid for graduate students. The aid comes in two principal forms: Fellowships, which provide a stipend and tuition waiver, and which require no work commitment from the student; and Graduate Associateships, which provide a stipend and tuition waiver and do require a work commitment from the student in either teaching, research, or administration. All financial aid, for both new and continuing students, is dependent on satisfactory academic performance and reasonable progress toward the degree sought. Only those students who have been admitted into a graduate degree program are eligible for
Fellowships or
Graduate Associateships.
